Do you provide worksheets or assignments?
It depends what your needs are. There are templates and personlized worksheets that can be provided for you if that is your preference. Oftentimes, writing things down helkps keep oneself accountable. It really comes down to what your personal preferences are.
When Can I start?
It all begins when you are ready. After a brief, complimentary consultation, you may feel you are ready. We can also pace our sessions according to your schedule.
Can we hold sessions in person?
Yes! Sessions can be held in person at a mutually agreed upon location, usually a local hiking trail of your choice or coffee shop can work wonders.
Are my sessions confidential?
Yes all sessions can be held confidentially, ideally in remote sessions. Recordings of remote sessions are done only with your permission in advance and only if deemed necessary.
Do you accept payment arrangements?
Also…YES! These are trying times and sliding scale and payment arrangements can be provided to individuals who need it the most. Besides, it is when we are most in need that we could use some grace, so I am willing to work with your budgetary and time constraints for 1:1 coaching needs
