As a transformative justice facilitator, coach, and organization builder, I bring an abundance of experience and expertise to build empowerment amongst individuals and groups looking to foster positive change and collective growth.
My approach is rooted in proactive strategies that promote roots-based healing, future-driven dialogue, building dignity, justice and creating lasting community-building impact and transformation.
Grantwriting
Fund Development and Grantwriting services are available to a select group of organizations who seek to expand and diversify their funding pool.
Services can include grant development strategies, drafting, editing, executive coaching, staff preparation and capacity building for funder visits and tours.
STRATEGIC PLANNING for social justice
Strategic planning for collectives with a mission serve and also bring about social justice requires a unique approach that plans for several generations ahead, while also ensuring that everyone is part of the community strengthening process.
Services can include retreat and design meeting facilitation, survey development, Board engagement, strategic plan scoping, writing and final production.

As we work to dismantle the cradle-to-prison treadmill running rampant in our communities for decades, it is vital we replace existing carceral strategies to ones which encourage acknowledgement of historically-based racial and economic disparities as platforms for building new models of justice.
Services include Restorative to Transformative Justice Circle Facilitation, Circle Keeping Training and Conflict Navigation Processes for most types of organizations such as nonprofits and schools, including everyone from executive administration, staff, students and parents.

It is essential for Black, Indigenous, melanated peoples and our allies to work without end towards combating anti-Blackness and anti-Indigeneity. As long as white nationalist and supremacist policies and behaviors endure, we shall transcend our collective pain into knowledge-based power and collective action.
